Dawn Hall

Dawn Hall, president and CEO, began working for the company in March 1997 as a part-time receptionist. As other employees moved onto other careers, Hall began handling their responsibilities. 

Her passion and determination to learn everything she could about the advertising agency business quickly earned her the promotion of media director, then vice president—and in 2011 president and CEO.

Founded in 1988 as Barry Bruce & Company, Inc., Hall Media Solutions is a full-service, award-winning advertising agency with special expertise in all aspects of advertising, from media research and production to strategic planning and rate negotiations.  

As a full-service agency, the company is actively involved with television, digital marketing (including SEM/SEO/Digital Out of Home/Programmatic Ads/ Social/Emails/etc.), billboards, radio, corporate reports, market research, newspaper and magazine advertising, along with co-op and vendor campaigns.

Dawn and her fellow staff members at Hall Media Solutions are strong believers in common sense and practicality. They strive to be “user-friendly,” serving their clientele on an “a la carte” basis that focuses on their clients’ particular needs, not theirs; with a commitment, loyalty, and dedication to our clients that will not waiver.

It has been company philosophy and objective from day one to become “partners” with clients, with a strong and loyal commitment to their success. Hall Media Solutions accepts clients selectively, collaborating with them as partners in developing successful advertising and media campaigns.  

Dawn and all the employees at Hall Media Solutions take pride in maintaining their clients and enjoy an average client relationship in excess of 25 years.   Hall Media Solutions has held firm to our strong values of innovation, ingenuity, and integrity for more than 35 years.  Our clients’ success is our success, and our dedication and service to our clients is second to none.

She is active in her church, holding various volunteer leadership positions over the years.  She also currently enjoys serving at City Gate, Mountaineers’ Table, and has been a mentor for Good Samaritan Services as well as part of the Lancaster Chamber Mentoring program, along with giving her time to various non-profit organizations over the years.  

Hall currently resides in Ephrata. She enjoys spending time with her family, reading, volunteering and traveling to new destinations every year.
